Get ready to hop into some Easter fun! This week we will be uploading our favorite Easter makes:
Today is Rocky Road - Tiffin
Recipe
300g dark chocolate
120g butter or margarine
4-5 tbsp golden syrup
220g digestive biscuits, broken into chunks (or use rich tea, gingernuts etc – whatever you have)
Handful of raisins
Handful of mini mashmallows
Anything else you fancy
Optional to finish:
100g milk or white chocolate and a handful of mini eggs to top
Method
Line a small roasting tin or brownie tin with baking paper.
Place the chocolate, butter and golden syrup in a large pan and melt over a low heat.
Add the digestive biscuits, raisins, mini marshmallows and anything else that you are adding.
Press the mixture into the tin.
Optional: melt some milk or white chocolate and drizzle over and top with mini eggs.
